Fellowship Village - Fitness Center and Salon

Fellowship Senior Living engaged KDA Architects to design a new Fitness Center and Salon to replace a small, out-dated fitness facility.

The new 7,000 square foot, high-end, state-of-the-art  fitness center provides space for over 30 pieces of equipment and a separate aerobic area that can comfortably accommodate 30 people.  The new salon, which is connected to the new fitness center by an open stairway and elevator, rivals a New York City salon experience, with six stylist and three washing stations, a hair dyeing room and hair drying room, a private room for weddings preparation, and a private area for manicures and pedicures.

Over the last decade, KDA has worked with the leadership of Fellowship Senior Living to design and develop a ‘Destination Campus’ - a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where older adults enjoy the comforts of home, with world class amenities.
