David W. Danton, AIA, PP
Mr. Danton has over thirty-eight years of experience as an architect and planner. He is the Principal-in-Charge of design whose primary responsibility is for the leadership and management of the design and quality of detail for major projects. Mr. Danton has served as the senior designer on various mixed-use master plan projects as well as health, corporate, and educational projects. He has been responsible for the design of many buildings for which the firm has received awards.
Mr. Danton is a Past-President of the West Jersey Society of Architects and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for AIA New Jersey. He is currently a Trustee of AIA New Jersey Scholarship Foundation and a member of the LeadingAge NJ Policy Committee. He is a frequent speaker at state and national senior living conferences.

Joseph M. Scanlon, AIA
Mr. Scanlon has over 25 years of experience encompassing all aspects of the architecture profession with a particularly strong focus on the design of Senior Living projects. He has served as project manager and designer on projects for nationally recognized Senior Living providers. Mr. Scanlon has a depth of experience in the planning, design and documentation of technically demanding building projects. He has successfully lead a variety of clients through the building design process from concept to construction, attesting to his ability to work effectively with owners, users, regulatory agencies and contractors. His work has been featured in Senior Living publications and he has made presentations at regional and national conferences. He holds the position of adjunct professor of architecture at Drexel University.

David S. Fowles, AIA
Principal & Project Manager
Mr. Fowles brings more than 20 years of senior living experience and is responsible for design coordination with David Danton and subsequent development of a project, design development through construction administration. Joining KDA in 1997, Mr. Fowles has served in the capacity of Designer and Project Manager. Serving as Principal, he oversees document production, scheduling, and budget control.
Mr. Fowles serves on the Board of Trustees for Devereaux Advanced Behavioral Health, Manchester Senior Housing and Camden Catholic High School.

William M. Schramm, LEED?? AP
Chief Operating Officer,
Since joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Schramm has been responsible for site planning, landscape design, and site lighting design for each project undertaken by the firm. He is responsible for the initial evaluation of properties with respect to environmental issues and land use regulations. He collaborates with civil engineers and other project team members to produce an appropriate integration of building and site that balances regulatory requirements, aesthetics and functionality. Mr. Schramm has developed the site planning and landscape design for many senior living facilities, educational facilities, and commercial buildings. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for personnel and determining program and production schedule requirements.
