Martin Breen, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Martin leads KDA’s Architectural Design team - managing projects from early conceptual design through construction administration.  With a broad range of experience that spans large and small buildings, additions and ground up projects, Martin brings a unique combination of sensitivity to context, materials, and proportion to the design process.

Martin’s design skills allow him to integrate the array of site conditions, building systems, structures and detail found within the senior living and behavioral health space to produce award winning projects.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys traveling and visiting iconic architectural sites and structures, listening to folk and traditional music, and coaching youth soccer teams.
