The LumberYard Condominiums
Collingswood, New Jersey – The focus of The LumberYard Condominiums is the redevelopment of a former lumber yard site in the heart of downtown Collingswood, a small commuter town of 14,000 residents in Southern New Jersey. The site, less than a half mile from the Collingswood station of the PATCO Speedline, the rail connection between the New Jersey suburbs and the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, helps to connect the development to the greater region and offers transportation options. Our comprehensive plan utilizes a long vacant site to create an infill design with two new streets, three mixed-use buildings, 21 new retail units, 119 residential units, 376 off-street parking for both residents and public use, and a town plaza.
The design of The LumberYard Condominiums Project, featuring brick and stone facades with landscaped courtyards and roof terraces, consists of three, three-story buildings each with a lower level of underground parking. The mixed use buildings offer condominiums of one to three bedrooms flats and two to three bedroom townhouses ranging from 1,020 to 2,060 square feet in size and commercial units ranging from 960 to 2,220 square feet in size.
