Bill Schramm, LEED AP

Bill serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for KDA Architects, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm.

In addition to serving as the firm’s COO, Bill is a landscape designer, responsible for the site planning, landscape design, and site lighting design on every KDA project.  Bill works with clients, engineers, and KDA team members to ensure human behavior and natural systems are integrated to create harmonious living settings.
